A day of shows

10月16日水曜日。
この日はプーク人形劇場へ、フライヤーデザインを担当させて頂いた俳優伊藤哲哉さんのお芝居を見に行ってきました。
プークも行くのが初めてだった、わくわく。

Wednesday 16th Oct
I went to Puk Pupa Teatro (theatre of puppet, Puk) to see a play by Tetsuya Ito which I worked for the flyer design. Puk is also first time to visit.

伊藤さん一人でのお芝居。とても緊迫感があり、しかし伊藤さん個性的でなんか所々笑ってしまう要素があってすごい良かったです。フライヤー見ると、演奏してる犬たちがいるんですが実際に芸大の女の子たちが演奏します。「こりゃまさにフライヤー！一緒！」ってなって観客席で一人で喜んでました。

It's only him, the play was very tense but sometimes funny element I felt. There's four musician on the flyer, actually musical students played at the theatre like that. I was so happy and thought 'Wow it's the same!' with seeing the play.

かわいいと言えば

きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ　

のライブにも、伊藤さんのお芝居の後、行ってきちゃいました。
（実は去年ロンドンから帰国してからTVで見てて気になり、なんとなくライブに行って、その後もなんとなく友達とライブに行って、次にチケットとるならファンクラブじゃね？と友達に言われて恐る恐る入り、そして、ハマってしまった +_+ ちなみに今回三回目・・・；）なんかすごいエンターテイメントな一日だった！

Kawaii can imagine Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, I went to her show after Tetsuya Ito's play.
(I was very interested in her on TV after coming back from London last year, I went to her shows twice, then my friend said 'we should be in her fan club for the next!' and I nervously became for that… now I'm so impressed,    omg) It was very entertainment day!

three days holiday

先週末は三連休。学校がある人の多くは運動会かな？
（私の小学校はいちょう祭という名の文化祭でした）
家でだらだらするかと思いきや、土曜は友達に誘われて鎌倉へ小さなコンサートへ行きました。

Last weekend, it was three days holiday in Japan. Normally it's Sports day and lots of schools have sports festivals. My friend took me to Yuigahama (Kamakura) for seeing a small concert. A friend of my friend belongs to a classic band, they played from Classic to Jazz/Modern/ Pops... was very wonderful!

古民家で。友達の友達が三人で組んでいてクラシックからモダン、ポップス、ジャズも演奏。
情緒あり楽しさありのすてきな時間でした。

日曜はお世話になっているViolet and Claireへ。京都へ移動とのことでこの日は送別会でした。私は時間がなかったので会の前にちょこっと挨拶を。私はこのお店と店主のすみれさんにお会いして一年満たないのですが、委託も含めすごく印象に残っています。京都に行ってしまうのはとても寂しいけれどこれからの活動も楽しみにしています！

on Sunday I went to Violet and Claire to say goodbye as it is going to move to Kyoto. It was less than a year to met  this shop and the shop owner Sumire though, I was impressed anything here. it's very sad it's moving but I'll always look forward to updating from Violet and Claire.

来月末に開く個展の準備もしています。

月曜日、友達が参加していたグループ展の帰りにぱちっと。
I took this after visiting a group show which my friend exhibited.

ふるさとむらさんぽ

よく私のツイッターとかにも出てくるふるさと村。
もうこんな時期になったのですね、金曜の夕方に犬の散歩に行ってきた。

Furusato-mura (translation of Furusato: home) often appears on my Twitter, Instagram etc.

駅に向かえば都会に近づき、渋谷へ約30分、横浜の港町へ約40分
都会と田舎と一緒に暮らせるこのエリアにずっと住んでいますが大好きです。

When we go to the nearest station - about 30 minutes going to Shibuya (Tokyo), and 40 minutes to Yokohama city. Rural and urban are shared in my home town, I love here so much!

Swansong × On the harmful effects of tobacco

夏頃に朗読会フライヤーのお仕事させて頂いたYUKIプロデュースによる俳優の伊藤哲哉さん、来週火曜と水曜に代々木にありますプーク人形劇場にて公演会を行います。今回もそのフライヤーデザインを担当させて頂きました。

作品はロシア文学のアントン・チェーホフ原作の「白鳥の歌」と「煙草の害について」生演奏ありのとても豪華なお芝居です。実は私は一番最初の始めたてのお稽古を拝見したのですが、未完ながらも面白かったです。あまり言うとネタバレになっちゃうから・・・見に行って直接感じるのが一番。お芝居や演劇が好きな方だけでなく、音楽も楽しめるそうなのでおすすめ。ロシア好きな方にもオススメ！私も16日にご招待頂いたので見に行きます◎楽しみ〜！


My recent work was for flyer design of a drama 'Swansong × On the Harmful Effects of Tobacco (by Anton Chekhov)' played by an actor Tetsuya Ito. The play is going to be held on 15 and 16th next week, I strongly recommend this includes live music performances and I'll go to see it on 16th :)

THE TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR 2013
