先週の21日に日本へ本帰国しました。
一週間の間、たくさんの荷物をロンドンから運んだので片付けしたり、久しぶりにナナと遊んだり、片付けしたり・・・そんな繰り返し。ロンドンでの最後の数日間は暑かったので暑さに関しては大丈夫だけど、冷房に弱くなってました。

I'm now in Japan from 21st last week. I took many stuffs from London so I was sorting them out, playing with Nana, sorting them out again... I got quite week by air conditioning as the inside of some places in London don't have it, but I'm okay for the hot weather (by the way, I spent very hot condition in last few days in London! horrible)

日曜にやっと都心に行きました。友達がアートユニットuwabamiのカフェ企画を見に高円寺まで行ったら、阿波踊りも見れた。

On Sunday I went to Kouenji (Tokyo) to see a cafe project by uwabami, I met them through my friend. We could see Awa-odori (originally from 徳島 Tokushima. a part of Bon Odori/Dance performed during Bon to welcome the spirits of dead. I don't know why it was in Tokyo)

時は変わって、昨日行ってきた近所の寺家ふるさと村（と言っても30分くらいしか居なかったけど）。暑すぎるので時々このように車でさっと行ってナナの用を終わらせる。

These photos taken at Furusato-mura (Furusato means hometown) when we took Nana for a walk yesterday. It's really hard to walk with dogs in this hot weather, so we drive to here (around 8min?).

ロンドン発つ前にはステイ先のAnnaとお寿司作りもした（寿司が好きなんだって）。日本へ完全に帰ってきてすっきりしたけれど、ロンドン現地で出会った色々な人や場所が遠くなったのはそれなりに寂しい、でもここで終わりにしないで今後とも繋がりが続くように活動していくつもりです。

Before I left, I had making Sushi with Anna who is a daughter at my home-stay (she loves Sushi!). I feel quite relaxed coming back to Japan completely, however, I miss my friends, people and places which I met in London. But I have to get in touch not to disconnect them.

約8年前に、ファッションの世界とかに憧れを持っていた若い頃に雑誌で発見したロンドン在住のアーティスト。彼女の作品を見て、ロンドンにいつか行ってみたいなと思い始めました。実際こちらに来てから頻繁に見れるものではなく、3年以上経って、やっとこの帰国直前に生の作品を見ることができました。

I love works of Julie Verhoeven who is a London based artist. It was about 8years ago when I saw her works at the first time in magazine, I was very attracted Fashion world when I was a teenager. Then it made me going to London some day. Actually I hadn't seen after I came to London, but finally I could see them now!

写真は２カ所からなのですが、一カ所はCovent GardenにあるMelissaのポップアップショップでのインスタレーション。写真をよく見るとわかるんですが、靴や靴底が。もう一カ所はKensington Palaceでのダイアナ元妃の部屋にて、Julieが作った壁紙が一面を覆ってます。もう感動してしまくって作品から離れたくなかったー

These photos were taken at two places - Popup shop of Melissa at Covent Garden (installation works, you can see some shoes attached on the wall!) and Kensington Palace, Diana's section. There's a wallpaper. I didn't want to leave from her works!

これらの写真はあるコラボレーションの一部。近々発表されるので追ってお知らせします。さらにさらに、東ロンドンのお店「Lik+Neon」にてバッグやジン、カードの販売をさせて頂いてます。私はもう火曜には日本に帰っていますが、作品はロンドンで見ることができます、よろしくお願いします。

These photos are for collaboration, it hasn't been ready so I'll announce it when it's ok. And also I'm selling bags, zines and cards at Lik+Neon in Brick Lane. I'll be in Japan next Tuesday 21 but still my works are in London.

The Lowry

帰国二週間前になりました。今日は一日荷造りしていたのですが、最近色々なことをしているのでなんか頭の中がくるくーるしてます。まずは最近ちえちゃんとしてること・・・といっても先週の水曜にしたばかりでしかもこの日に終わらなかった。次は明日なんだけど上手くいくといいな。

It's about in two week for going back to Japan! I was packing my stuffs all day today. But recently I'm doing several things so it's hard to keep... my brain is working. I met up Chie last week to do something, also I'll go to her house tomorrow, hope it goes well.

先週一泊だけだったけど、マンチェスターに行ってきました。Joy Divisionのマンチェ、Oasisのマンチェ、The Smithのマンチェ・・・それといって音楽ネタは見つからなかったけど芸術系はいろいろみれたのが楽しかった。

Last week I went to Manchester only one night. Joy Division, Oasis, The Smith... I didn't see music things though, some art galleries are amazing.

ホストファミリーのSusuのお母さんのお家に泊まりました（すごい心地よかった・・・）。黒板があって、AnnaとAsherのいとこ、EvaとMaxの落書きがあったので自分の付け加えた。消されないと思う。

I stayed Susu (my host family's mom)'s mother Carole's house. I found doodles on the board but not by Anna and Asher, these are their cousins Eva and Max :) I added mine too.

実は一番見たかった、画家Lowry（ラウリー）の美術館、The Lowry。彼の歴史も見れるし、絵もたくさん見れるしもう全部見た気分で満足した！また行きたいなーーー！

This is The Lowry which I really wanted to visit in Manchester. I'm very very satisfied but want to go again.
