I really like to cook this, sometimes change the stuff instead of chicken.
Last week I helped private view of Marie's exhibition,
made salmon's maki sushi. It made me nervous a bit
(because I've made maki sushi before, but it was a long long time ago!)
however it was very fun. Hope I could help her.
The show introduced Japanese things along three colour Green, Pink, and Orange.
(Salmon sushi is for Orange. She served few things with the colours)
Soooo beautiful exhibition, also Japanese could learn our own culture more.

梅干しと鶏肉で和えたスパゲティー
鶏肉がダメな方は魚や他のものでアレンジしても
楽しいと思います。
先週はMarieちゃんというフランス人のアーティストさんの
お手伝いをしました。
テーマが日本の文化を紹介するもので
緑色、桃色と橙色にわけての展示でした。
そのお手伝いというのは橙色に合わせた鮭の巻き寿司を
プライベートビューにて提供するというもので
私はその寿司作りをさせて頂きました。
巻き寿司なんて作ったのはもう随分昔のこと・・・
ちょっと緊張しながらも意外と上手くできたかと思います。
展示は昔ながらの日本的なシンプルなデザインで
とても綺麗なレイアウトでした。
私たちもここから学べることはあると思います。
